We are delighted to announce Scéals return to Dublin with a new bakery and cafe opening at Wilton Park.
Natural light, calm and a connection to nature are central to how we choose our bakery spaces. They support the wellbeing of the team and shape the kind of experience the bakery creates for customers. At Wilton Park, the bakery opens directly onto the park’s restored Victorian fountain, offering a rare and peaceful setting to enjoy freshly baked bread, pastries and coffee.
The opening marks an exciting new chapter for Scéal, planting new roots in a growing part of the city. We look forward to connecting with the local community and welcoming them into our second bakery location next summer.

We are looking for a visionary artisan to take the helm of our bread team at our bakery in Greystones. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire bread programme from the science of our sourdough starter to the systems that ensure every loaf meets our exacting standards.

Easter Weekend Opening Hours
We’re open all Easter weekend in Greystones and Dublin 8.
We have our new seasonal menu rolling out for you, Hot Cross buns a plenty and all your sourdough needs for family feasting.

New season rhubarb jam with vanilla crème mousseline in our soft brioche bun. Tossed in rhubarb sugar and a little poached rhubarb ontop.
We’re open all St Patrick’s Weekend as normal in Greystones and Dublin 8. We can’t wait to welcome you in for pastries, your daily bread and coffee of course.

One week in Dublin 8 and we just want to take a moment to say thank you.
To the neighbours and locals who’ve popped in to say hello, to everyone who queued so patiently over the weekend, to those who’ve come back twice already - we see you, and we’re so grateful.
Behind the scenes, our bakery team in Greystones has been nothing short of extraordinary. The bakers and pastry chefs have worked around the clock this past week - earlier starts, later finishes, bigger batches than we’ve ever attempted - all to keep the shelves stocked in both Greystones and Dublin 8.
They’ve produced and baked more bread and pastries than we’ve ever done before, pushing themselves every single day to make sure everything arriving on the counter is as fresh as it possibly can be. The biggest thank you goes to them. This week simply wouldn’t have happened without their talent, commitment and sheer hard graft.
Tomorrow we officially open our doors at 82 South Circular Road 🤎
Thank you to everyone who came by for our soft launch and test bake day - we’ve truly felt the love and such a warm welcome from the neighbourhood. It means a lot to us to be here.

We can’t wait to welcome you in. @littlebirdyogadublin was such an important community space for many, and we hope in time to build something just as meaningful for the neighbourhood. We’re also delighted that Little Bird will continue to host community focused yoga classes in the studio space beside the cafe - a lovely part of the spaces story that carries on.
