74 athletes 🖤 3 teams 🖤 One incredible World Championships experience 🖤
We took 3 teams and over 70 athletes - our largest ever Southern Cross Cheer contingent along the road to Worlds this year, and all the athletes represented the green and black with pride on the world stage.
Lady Reign – 5th in the world and 4th in the Nations Cup (International Open Level 6)
Their first time competing at worlds in iO6 and two amazing routines performed across both days, showcasing their solid and consistent stunt skills. The sisterhood they’ve built is incredible.
Legacy – 8th in the world (International Open Large Coed Level 7)
In a very competitive division, our athletes put their heart and soul into their routine, displaying amazing skills, adaptability, and showcasing their impactful performance on the worlds floor
Interstellar – 14th in the world (International Open Level 6 Non-Tumble)
It has been a joy to watch this team grow in size and step up their game, learn new skills and perform 2 amazing performances on the worlds stage.
To our athletes and coaches - thank you. Your hard work, commitment, and support for each other made this journey possible. Watching you all put in the hours, show extreme resilience, and put your belief in the process allowed us to create something truly special, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
This trip to Worlds is something we are very proud of. The experiences we have had over time continues to strengthen our program, allowing us to pass on knowledge, develop our athletes, and build confidently for what lies ahead. 🖤
