I am back @btrultra ! Terakhir ikut BTR tahun 2024 (masih ditemenin mama papa pas itu) dan ikut kat 85k. Tahun lalu sbtlnya pengen ikut krn ada kategori baru 100k ke Gn. Agung cuman bentrok jadwal dan lain2, akhirnya kesampaian jg tahun ini sesuai janji yah Pak RD bli @agusyudaa 😚. Salah satu race yg gw tunggu2 juga, jd pas dah keluar tanggal lsg dipersiapkan semuanya. Sbtlnya BTR ini bukan race utama, tapi krn gagal di Rinjani100 2 minggu lalu, pdhl blm capek dan masih banyak energi, untung ada BTR100k ini jd bisa release all this pent-up emotion and energy inside of me. Dnf itu bikin males-nya bikin jatoh mental dan low confidence, not good not good jd attract negativity bikin jadi overthinking aja 😞. Padahal ultra should be made simple and make us happy. Yg penting bisa finish dulu dan berikan yang terbaik. Wish me luck gaes 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Thank you @pelaritakbertuan for the Shakeout run, seru banget! Thanks jg @idvoyager and @ziporayu malah jd ikutan 🤣. Kadang yang bikin orang kangen trail run itu bukan cuma finish line-nya, tapi proses di tengah jalannya. 🌿 Di saat badan mulai lelah tapi hati masih pengen lanjut, kita belajar tentang sabar, konsisten, dan percaya sama langkah sendiri. Itu kenapa Eco Echo Trail Run 2026 terasa menarik buat aku karena trail run ini ada bukan cuma bawa tantangan, tapi juga tujuan yang lebih besar. Dnf lagi gaes gatot bener2 gatot... same symptoms like last year. Bener2 badan ga bisa cooperate, ga bisa napas, denging dan bindeng, persis kyk tahun lalu tapi baru mulai nanjak dah berasa, stress bgt. Malah dnf lbh cepet dr tahun lalu di likun, bahkan blm nanjak anak dara😭😭😭 Sedih bgt inih, i did prepare for this, i really wanted to fight for this race, again i gave up without even trying... super sad ini 😭😭😭. Super super sedih bikin demot aja rasanya. Lemah bgt ini. Ntah harus perjuangan gimana utk 162k ini. Totally different game with 100k. Harus masuk training camp one year dan emang harus training camp di Lombok kyknya. Emang harus lsg praktek, ga bisa teori2 aja. I am weak and emang blm bisa rasanya naik level ke 162 😭. Gw dah sering dnf, tapi this one really hit the hardest gaes... Coming back again not for some unfinished business, but i come again to pay "respect" to Rinjani. Last year, i even did not try to fight, i gave up even without trying. I feel so bad. I did not pay enough respect to Rinjani. A truly learning lesson for me. A hard one. This year, I have done what i can to prepare myself for this ultimate test of endurance and mental. Everything is leading to this race. For Rinjani. This time, I will definitely give my best to fight for this race and to see how far i can go! I will fight hard for this and this is my way to show my respect to Rinjani 🙏🏻. So many things must be done right and it is super hard for this type of long race. I must have a perfect execution of strategy, fueling and mindset for 55 hours. Must be ready to welcome the sufferfest for more than 2 days (punya hobi menyiksa diri emang gini dah, malah yg penting siap menderita dulu🥹) But, I still even don't believe myself i can finish this race under 55 hours COT 😆😆. I still think i will fall short and probably this is the race that i can try again and again, i will still fall short 🥲. I don't know what more i can sacrifice to able to finish this race. Yes, it's sacrifices to prepare yourself for Rinjani, which will decide your result in this race. You can decide your result from how much have you paid your respect to Rinjani, it either ends in success or failure. (Ujian Trail Tengah Tahun bersama ini @rinjani100.ultra 😅) Yes, i still try even knowing i may not be able to finish this 🤣, i mean what is this life for, if it is not for this... trying the uncertain things heads on! 💪🏻 Wish us luck gaes! Ternyata masih sempat sungkem ke Gepang dulu bulan April ini sblm Ujian Trail Mid-year bersama (Untuk yang ikut2 aja 😆). Selalu menyenangkan nanjak gepang 🥰. Kali ini back to back gepang in two days sampe summit sukses✅, dr dulu pengen ga pernah kejadian ada aja drama-nya, ankle lah, inilah itulah... kali ini sukses mungkin krn endurance dibangun dah lumayan jd hari kedua ternyata masih enjoyable. Emang tips-nya hari pertama ga boleh capek2 bgt dan lagi dibanding lsg sekali nyari 5000eg, gw sih prefer 2 days aja krn lebih nyaman bisa tidur dulu (dan recovery setelah itu jg nurut gw lebih cepat krn ga begadang) cuman emang lbh ngabisin waktu aja yah... But again, time spent in nature is well spent 🌿 Plus sekalian test beberapa trail gears jg sih, terutama longsleeve dari @nedao.id dpt Longsleeve baru yang okay bgt👌🏻. #gedepangrango #traillyfe #nedao #nedaoIndonesia

I haven't told this story yet (but i plan to tell it a long time ago as part of my UTMB+TOR 2025 story), now is the best time. Last year @rinjani100.ultra was one of my lowest moment in trail. Gw ga tau what happened to my body, tapi sebulan sebelum Rinjani 2025, something was wrong with my body, gw capek dan ngantuk all the time, latihan jg lemes bgt, napas ngos2an. Bahkan ada yg komen lo latihan kebanyakan kali... malah kebalikan gw malah ga latihan krn gw selalu rasa capek & ngantuk trus. Jd gw banyak prioritize rest malah (blm wkt itu kerjaan gw lagi lumayan hectic plus gw emang rencana mo resign dr kantor gw sekaligus take a break utk UTMB + TOR dan wkt itu blm dapet kerjaan baru yah. Very irresponsible of me, not wise yah gaes, please don't follow unless u do have privileges.) Paling berasa itu pas race Ala2 dan Merbabu Sky race, gw ga bisa nanjak sama sekali, pusing, ngos2an dan denging gitu di telinga. Trus gejala yg sama lanjut sampe Rinjani. (Mana gw kena bully lagi baru 20km dari 160k dah dnf plus kegap foto dievak sama motor panitia 😭😭) Iya klo injury yah lo tau yg mana sakit, ini yg kena kyk 1 badan, adalah stress dan paniknya mana 4 bulan lagi ada UTMB + TOR, apa kabar 2 races ini klo ga sembuh2. Gw sempet ke dokter tht cek, no issues, dia malah kasi gw obat flu, gw jg blm sempet cek darah krn sibuk kerjaan jg. Tapi gw kepikiran jgn2 gw anemia/kurang darah (emang female more prone to low blood issue), plus demi Rinjani itu jg gw dah clean eating sebulan dan kebanyakan sayur2an pilihan gw, jd jarang makan daging. Mungkin itu nambah masalah jg. Sejak Rinjani gw minum iron vitamin gaes (ini ga boleh tiap hari yah bisa jd racun klo kebanyakan), but if you have same symptoms like me, boleh lah dicoba. Gw ngerasa badan gw jd lebih seger dan ga secapek sblmnya plus pas nanjak dah ga ngos2an dan denging di telinga gw dah ilang. So walaupun gw ga sempet cek darah, bisa jd penyebab emang anemia yah. Jd sekarang gw nambah vitamin iron apalagi dah mo deket2 ada monthly guest 🩸 Thank you to team BTR dan ko @bali.campervan dah bantuin tahun lalu di anak dara 🙏🏻 So i comeback again this year, see you @rinjani100.ultra 2026! #rinjani100

Altitude training in Iten ❌ Altitude training in China ✅ Good china trip gaes. One week exploring China Valleys (Bipenggou and Siguniang - Shuangqiao, Changping, Haizi Valley) altitude above 2500) One week exploring the city of Chongqing and Chengdu (sekalian tapering) and I closed it with racing 100k in Chengdu Trail race. A very nice and happy China training camp. I saw and experienced so many new things. I also realized u dont need to race to explore the trail... maybe next time harus ada project multiple days hiking to just enjoy the nature without rushing. Tapi happy bgt gw plan explore mountains in China ini, pdhl rencana mo sekalian latihan sambil jalan2, tapi ternyata semenyenangkan itu... 🤣.
