Hello everyone,
We’ve purchased the building next to SCAMP—we’re calling it SCAMP TOO. It’s still early in the design process, but the building is going to be a mixed-use space with some exciting things inside.
We’re starting to putting some feelers out for potential tenants to fill out the space. All ideas are welcome. We’re an arts-based group, so somewhere in that wheelhouse, but nothing is off the table.
Currently, we have two small first-floor units available —mezzanines in each + private bathrooms. This will be a fresh build -out via
@shredandco of course.
Outside, our big lot has some great potential, but that will be Phase Too.
We’re low-key gauging interest in potential development for the lot as well but, we do have more long-term plans in place.
