Starbucks customers have the power to help union Starbucks baristas win a historic first contract.
Hundreds of thousands of allies have already committed to not buying Starbucks until they stop illegal union busting and finalize a fair contract – deleting the app shows Starbucks you mean it.
Take the next step and #DeleteTheApp ! #tobeapartner
Together, we’re demanding the pay, hours, staffing and protections baristas need to succeed - and it would only cost Starbucks less than one day’s sales. Starbucks, it’s time to land a union contract and move forward!

Organizing is how we create real change. Sam, a 4-year partner in Seattle, won a settlement from Starbucks after seeing their hours were cut. And it’s all because their store had a union!
Building a union with your coworkers can give you not only a real voice in your workplace, but ways to protect your store from bad leadership decisions. Reach out to an organizer in your area at sbworkersunited.org or the link in our bio! #tobeapartner
UNION ALLIES: It’s time to take action in support of workers! Join us Saturday, May 23rd for a Day of Action in your community.
Allies and baristas are hitting the ground to turn the heat up on Starbucks and demand an end to their egregious union-busting. We know that when customers speak up, Starbucks listens! Your action can help over 10,000 baristas fighting for better pay, hours, protections, and more.
Get more info and RSVP at the link in our bio, or go to your internet browser and type in bit.ly/sbwumay23 . Let’s show greedy corporations like Starbucks what happens when they mess with the working class!
U.N. experts received information alleging “ongoing and widespread” threats, harassment, and intimidation against Starbucks workers, a March 10th letter recently made public states.
Since 2021, Starbucks baristas have spoken up and documented instances of misconduct and unfair treatment from the company, especially during workers’ fight for improved conditions in a finalized union contract. Notably, police have been called on baristas who have engaged in peaceful and protected activities, such as picketing and leafleting.
The United Nations Human Rights Council has called on Starbucks and the U.S. government to respond to these allegations. As it stands, Starbucks is the largest violator of labor law in modern U.S. history, and over 10,000 baristas have organized unions in 100s of stores to fight for better pay, hours, protections, accessible benefits, and more. The U.N. says the company may be violating the rights to freedom of expression, peaceful assembly, and other international law protections.
Union Starbucks workers are continuing to ask customers to support them by not buying Starbucks products until the company finalizes fair union contracts.

If Starbucks wants to call Nashville home, they need to follow the law. Join us on Tuesday, May 19th at 5:30pm CT to show Starbucks that our city stands with workers fighting for a fair union contract and an end to their unfair labor practices!
As Starbucks opens up their new Nashville corporate offices, baristas and local leaders will be rallying before Tuesday’s Metro Council meeting. Why? Starbucks is the leading violator of labor law in modern history, and has engaged in one of the most egregious union-busting efforts against their workers.
Hundreds of unfair labor practices at Starbucks are currently unresolved. On top of this, Starbucks is attempting to bargain regressively (another unfair labor practice!) during union negotiations. All while the issues baristas experience daily - low pay, inaccessible hours, weakening benefits, unfair discipline, and more - aren’t addressed.
We’ll see you at 1 Public Square STE 100 this Tuesday!
We’re stronger together! Congratulations to partners in Austin, TX who are just one of many stores who have joined the fight for better wages, hours, and protections this month! ✊

partners deserve something FOR REAL. while starbucks cuts our hours, benefits, and raises, we’re fighting to fix real issues in our stores. and the only way we’ll keep making change is through organizing and taking action! LET’S GO 🗣️ #tobeapartner #starbuckscreator
Starbucks will say one thing and then do another. As a union of over 10,000 partners, we’re fighting to expand our wage floor, increase our staffing with guaranteed hours, put an end to hiring before offering hours to current baristas, expanded protections, and more. When we organize and take action together, we have the power to change our workplaces for the better! #tobeapartner #starbuckscreator
This is a pay decrease, tbh. Are you a barista and want to fight back? Tap the link in our bio and get connected with an organizer! #tobeapartner #starbuckscreator
starbucks will keep choosing profit-over-people unless we take a stand. filling out partner surveys doesn’t make change - collective action and organizing unions DO. #starbucksbarista #tobeapartner #starbuckscreator
