Los Frills brought all the good energy. You can tell these guys genuinely enjoy being around one another and that kind of brotherhood really came through in their music.
Watching Jaime direct this episode in our Film and TV Studio Production course was really cool too, especially knowing he randomly took one film photography class and ended up falling in love with this whole world. Life is funny like that sometimes.
Seeing all the students working together behind the scenes always reminds me how much talent is sitting right here in our community. From the cameras to the audio to the lighting, everybody was locked in and really putting their all into this episode.

Last Week’s Classroom 🎥🍿
This past Friday, our FTVM students and faculty took a field trip to the 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬. From a quick stop at 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙙𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 set recreation to exploring exhibits that celebrate storytelling across generations. The experience went beyond the classroom, giving students a closer look at the craft, history, and impact of filmmaking.
Today, our students stood on one side of the glass—studying the greats. Tomorrow, they’ll be on the other side… with their own films on the walls. ✨

Jaime @cowboyeehaww actually graduated in Administration of Justice and instead of continuing down that path he decided to pivot and take a film photography class and got hooked!
It completely shifted everything for him. He ended up finding his way into the TV & Film department at San Bernardino Valley College and is here killing it and sharing his creativity with all of us. We love seeing his journey and honestly it all seems to come really natural to him. 🎥🔥
