In this project, our Byron Travertine Look Ivory Matte Tile flows continuously through the laundry, powder room and ensuite to create a seamless connection between each space. The soft ivory tones and natural stone-inspired texture bring warmth and a calm, timeless feel throughout the home.

Designed to make the most of a compact site, this renovation retains the home’s original footprint while adding an alfresco and pool that connects the main residence to a new two-storey garage and studio overlooking the rear lane.
Created for a young professional family, the design balances warmth, functionality and connection for modern living. The character of the original Californian bungalow has been carefully preserved, celebrating features such as decorative ceilings and original architraves, while a contemporary rear extension and dramatic lightwell bring natural light deep into the home.
Raw timbers, concrete and brickwork add warmth and texture to the modern intervention.
