Based in South Africa and most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Momentum Group, Nontokozo brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of marketing, behavior change, and financial inclusion. At Momentum, she led the #SheOwnsHerSuccess platform, reaching millions and sparking a national conversation about women, money, and agency. She brings a critical private-sector perspective on what drives investment decisions and how to position communication for impact at scale. We’re happy to share that Prof. Adebayo Fayoyin will join us as a plenary speaker at the 2026 International Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit in Panama next month. Adebayo Fayoyin is a social and behavior change and health communication expert with more than 30 years of experience working across Africa and globally, including with UNFPA, UNICEF, and USAID. His work has focused on designing and leading communication and advocacy efforts grounded in local context and cultural realities. At the summit, he’ll contribute to a plenary exploring how Indigenous, ancestral, and local knowledge shape SBC, and how different regions understand development, social justice, and well-being. His experience across diverse African settings, combined with a strong grounding in qualitative research, brings an important and thoughtful perspective to this conversation. We are pleased to announce that Oluseun Onigbinde will be a plenary speaker at the 2026 International Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit in Panama, June 22–26. Oluseun Onigbinde has spent his career making government spending visible, legible, and accountable. He is the co-founder of @budgitng , Africa’s leading civic-tech organization, which has transformed how public finance data is used across multiple countries, reaching over 32 million citizens and helping drive real-world reform through data, technology, and civic pressure. His work sits at the intersection of transparency, accountability, and citizen power, and increasingly, the question of what emerging technologies are doing to all three. In the plenary on opportunities and challenges of AI for SBCC, Oluseun will tackle a central tension for the field: AI can strengthen program design, management, and implementation, but it can also accelerate narratives that undermine social justice and human rights. This is not a theoretical debate. It is already happening.
