Water plays a vital role in the health and resilience of every community. Recently, through our W.A.S.H initiative, we brought together women in Apapa community for practical discussions on water use, hygiene, and everyday actions that support healthier neighbourhoods. By supporting community-led awareness and practical solutions, we continue to invest in initiatives that promote wellbeing and resilience in the communities around us. What simple water or hygiene practice has made the biggest difference in your daily life? #SBCImpact #CommunityInvestment #PeoplePlanetProgress

Exciting news! Our Sustainability Report is now live! We have officially launched our Annual Sustainability Report, themed Making a Clear Difference. For decades, Seven-Up Bottling Company Ltd has grown from a bold vision into one of the most recognized and trusted beverage companies in Nigeria. Our journey has never been defined by products alone, but by the people who power them. Through different seasons, growth, change and transformation, we have remained anchored in one core belief: how we operate matters just as much as what we produce. Sustainability, for us, is a clearer expression of the values that have always guided our organization. It is reflected in managing our resources, supporting our communities and holding ourselves accountable to doing better every single day. This report is a snapshot of the progress we have made, the challenges we have faced, and the commitments we continue to uphold. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we put our hearts into creating it. The Full Report is now available on our Website

We concluded our Sustainability Week 2025 with the Green Skills Bootcamp, a showcase of youth-led innovation in environmental sustainability. The bootcamp brought together students, teachers, environmental advocates, and government representatives to demonstrate creative solutions to pressing environmental challenges, especially plastic waste pollution. As part of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of sustainability leaders, 36 students from 18 schools participated in hands-on training in recycling, upcycling, responsible resource use, and green innovation. Each student received a comprehensive recycling toolkit to support ongoing learning and encourage practical action beyond the classroom. Through initiatives like the Green Skills Bootcamp, SBC continues to champion environmental stewardship, promote circular economy practices, and empower young people with the knowledge and tools to build a more sustainable future for Nigeria. Together, we are shaping innovators who will lead the change. 💡🌍

We started out our 2025 Sustainability Week with our Plastic for Products (P4P) community activation in Apapa-Iganmu LCDA. Held at the Oba’s Palace in Ijora Kingdom, the initiative brought together traditional institutions, local authorities, sustainability partners, and over 400 residents, who collectively recovered 2.5 tonnes of plastic waste for recycling. Through P4P, community members exchanged plastics for essential household products, reinforcing shared responsibility for a cleaner environment. Themed “Impacting Positively on People, Planet, and Profit,” is our way to lean in further on a matter dear to us at SBC - sustainability and a continued commitment to circular economy practices, community empowerment, and long-term environmental stewardship. Across all our regional plants, the Sustainability Week helped us to deepen awareness, strengthen partnerships, and advance Nigeria’s transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future. It is about People, Planet and Profit the SABI Way!
