The angel that is my mama came to Margate for a week. And in true angel style she made every place we went to be brighter, better and filled with joy.... It has been a year this week that we had our father pass away. ..1yr is a milestone....You never stop thinking about lost loved ones. The presence of his love, unity and silliness is still very much with us. Marking a year without our dad is tough. It's okay to feel sad or lost, but also remember the love he gave us as it shaped who we are. There is no rule book on grief but I think carrying them with you as you continue forward with love would be in it.
