Back to where it all started w my @roundaboutnyc family. Getting to honor Scott Ellis (whom I love so deeply) @ studio 54 where I revived Caroline, Or change with Maestro @josephjoubert88keys was a really special moment. PLUS seeing my boys (and sistas) after a year, sharing the stage w/ legends (AGAIN.. this keeps happening idk how tbh), hanging out with studio 54 CREW after all these years (last time I saw them was during Caroline), jammimg with THEE Uncle Joubert and a lot of the pirates orchestra family… the list goes on. The gratitude overflows. Idk man.. this entire industry can get crazy and overwhelming but at the end of the day the FAMILY I make along the way in EVERY corner is the reason I will be doing this till the day I die.
The dichotomy of this day is one that I will write about in my memoir lol till then…

Made my Jazz @ Lincoln center debut, it got a little warmer??, hugged friends, ate steak, but most importantly took my cat to the park. She really liked it.
