TBH This really hurts me to share.
Let's get real here. Sharing this body transformation is like baring a part of my soul. As a fitness coach, it's simpler to chat about gains and leaning out.... but not the ups and downs of it.
I'm not hiding from my pre-cutting state. Embracing where you are right now is the first step towards any real change, no shame in that.
What makes this difficult to share is the memories. The shifts in my weight are like markers on a timeline that remind me of a very rough patch in my life that stretched from last year into this one.🤕🥴
But everything has a silver lining! Getting physically stronger has this uncanny way of "lifting" me up mentally. Fitness, for me, isn't just about grinding out reps, it strengthens my discipline and persistence too. #brainworkout
Plus, it helps me tune into myself on a deeper level. Self-discipline is the greatest form of self-love. I feel like me again 🩵

Bulking: Train hard, eat at a surplus
Recomp: Train hard, eat at a maintenance
