****UPDATE****Good morning everybody 🌞. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came and brought on the very first donation drive! We ask that people not stray too far from this list and moving forward we’re going to go through donations in front of people and hand back items not requested. The final destination for supplies will be to Floyd Bennett Field! Come by Friday from 1-7pm see you soon!!
*Updated flyer* by the ever amazing @skuuunx there are multiple drop off sites asking for different items some more time sensitive than others but still important none the less. A Venmo has been added for donations for those who want to contribute but can’t physically be present that will be released in two ways; 1. To those with vehicles that want to help get supplies to their destination drop off locations 2. To the people that have been organizing the Mutual Aid Mondays at Judson Church. We will be collecting supplies this Friday, January 26th, from 1-7pm at Project Reach to be dropped off the following Monday at Judson Church.
P.S. Strollers, backpacks, luggage, and unopened over the counter children’s medicine such as Motrin and Tylenol are also essential supplies especially for migrant families.
This will be a introduction to screen printing and a open house workshop! For those who are interested in learning this will be one part in a series of classes and workshops on screen printing. We will be covering the basics and printing 3 separate images, a one color, a two color, and 4 color image. Two shirts and a tote bag will be provided, it is first come/first serve and we will be keeping it to 20 people. Email [email protected] to rsvp! This year we are doing some after school programs that the print shop will be included in, for those who regularly use the space and attend those classes this will not effect you or your spot this workshop is a open house and anyone can rsvp and attend.

Pics are of a class of youth interns who decided to do a on the spot screen printing workshop and the young folks from this cohort continue to come through and print their ideas super proud of the folks in the pics they absolutely crushed it with their prints this is from a month or so ago we are gonna have a more formal open workshops over the summer
