This one is for the fellas. Guys should feel for lumps too because every 1 in 100 cases of breast cancer are male. Symptoms include a hard and painless lump that doesn’t move around with the breast or armpit, or it could look like a rash or even a small change to the nipple. So remember to check your moobs and come celebrate with us on Thursday!

How about a little feel whilst you scroll? We all (boys too!) need to get to know our breasts, so we can look out for any changes! Use the pads of your fingers, rotating in little circles, to feel all over your boobs. From the outer, to inner, upper and under, all the way over to the armpits and up to your collar bone. Give ‘em a good feel for hard, unusual lumps, but also look out for unusual redness and changes in size or shape. Blessed be the boob, have a great day x

Last year 12 artists took part and their work was so stunning, we managed to raise almost the same amount through their work as we did for the event.
