My role as Production Supervisor directly impacts the companyโs ability to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. I manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring fabrication, assembly, and logistics are aligned with project timelines. โฃ
This includes coordinating labour, overseeing quality control, organising transport and permits for oversize loads, and ensuring materials and components are available when needed.โฃ
Because I have hands-on experience across construction, maintenance, and project management, I also provide practical guidance to site teams.โฃ
