What an honour it has been to cater South West newest wedding and events venue
@minerva_vines_ launch party with some of the best industry pros amongst the guest list.
We curated a bespoke menu to pair alongside wine produced in the vineyard using ingredients local to the venue in season at the moment. Featuring first of the season asparagus, local lamb and ending on a high giant pavlova hand delivered and finished with guests by chefs. Grateful to those in the industry who shared gorgeous feedback on our food and service.
