It felt SO indulgent to get my hair done during my normal work hours this morning. Then my daughter's preschool called and said she was throwing up. 😖😭 Thanks to my husband, I was still able to go, but I came home all dolled up for the not-so-pretty side of parenting. And forget working during naptime because what naptime today? 🤷🏼♀️ Meanwhile the deadline creeps closer....but at least it's a good hair day! 😅

Happy New Year!!! 2025 was an amazing year!!! Becoming a debut author was a dream come true, a learning experience, and a huge step into what I hope becomes a long and fruitful career. I am SO grateful for all the author friends I made this year, and so honored by all the readers I met. I love meeting people who truly care about stories, and I'm excited to connect with more readers and authors in 2026.
