Mystery of the Flower won "Best of the Festival" #award at the Rochester International Film Festival.
This award is for my dear uncle, Saad Saadi — an extraordinary poet, thinker, and human being. After years of being overlooked, his incredible vision is finally starting to be seen by the world.
The film was selected alongside 31 powerful international films at #RIFF in New York this past May. I’m deeply grateful to the festival, the audience, and everyone who has supported this journey.
