and now the hair is sitting in a zipper bag because i genuinely wanna make something out of it. like hair clips, jewelry, tiny accessoriesā¦ idk iām kinda obsessed with the idea.
hair is such a symbolic thing to me anyway. cutting it off always feels emotional, so turning it into something wearable actually makes weird sense in my brain.
also some of you already gave me ideas for hair jewelry and honestlyā¦ iām very down.

The amount of weight in my hair genuinely started bothering me over time, especially with this blunt shape.
I honestly stressed myself out way too much before thinning it out, but using thinning shears actually ended up being way easier than I expected š
Looking back at the footage now, I can also tell I was still cutting pretty carefully/shyly.
I think for an even more textured and slightly wilder look, I could probably be more fearless with it next time.

I noticed pretty early on that this blunt bob shape was getting too bulky for my natural hair density.
I actually liked the dramatic shape sometimes, but with my thick hair it became so heavy and high maintenance over time š
Styling took forever, the shape sat differently every morning and some of the bleached parts started feeling too dry anyway.
So instead of going shorter again, I decided to remove a lot of the internal weight from the haircut itself.
Now it feels way softer, lighter and honestly so much easier to style.
