Howdy. 🤠🐾🎃 #pethalloween

Never did I think that, at the age of 50, I’d become a “booth honey”! 😂 But that is what happened. ✊🏾🙌🏾 As you’ll have noticed, since June I’ve spent almost every Sunday evening in the DJ booth at @chillinandgrillinparty , where my bae @santoshscript plays percussion alongside award-winning DJs spinning hip-hop, R&B, Soca, dancehall, and more. [Photo throwback to the Sept 1st edition!] It's meant hours of dancing and soaking up what matters most in my heart: culture, community, diversity, creativity, and love. And then, every Monday morning, I’ve stepped into my work week as a leadership expert. The contrast has been beautiful. Sundays feed my spirit. ✨ Mondays return me to my purpose. 💫 Both remind me that belonging is built in many places—on dance floors and in boardrooms. Yesterday marked the last C&G of the 2025 season. 😭😩 My heart is full of gratitude for this experience and, to everyone who makes it possible, thank you! A special thanks to: @chillinandgrillinparty @tabooisedson @stfdjs @gurubros 🙏🏾❤️ Finally, this experience is a reminder that we’re never too old to party, dance, sing, revel in joy… or be a booth honey, lol! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! 😘 Now… who’s partying with me next summer?!
