You know Caesar, but not like this.
Tell a friend who thinks salads are boring — our Salted Egg Caesar Salad takes the classic and swaps things up with salted egg, crispy bacon, soft-boiled egg, and baby cos. Still got the croutons, still got the pecorino.

Sweet, savoury, and that moment when both hit at once.
Pepperoni & Stracciatella — pepperoni, stracciatella, fior di latte, pecorino, tomato sauce. Served with hot honey. Once you try it this way, there's no going back.

If you’ve been sleeping on our wine list, start with the B.io Cataratto Chardonnay.
A Sicilian organic white with notes of peach, pear, and citrus. Fresh, light, and pairs beautifully with pretty much everything we make.

More than just sourdough pizzas 👀
Santi’s Singapore has refreshed its menu, bringing in a curated selection of dishes inspired by their Bangkok concepts.
To start, the Miso Butter Roasted Cabbage is a must-order — the charred cabbage works perfectly with that rich, savoury miso butter sauce.
The Crispy Tuna Sushi adds a fun twist, with a crispy rice base and chipotle aioli that gives it a slight kick.
For mains, the Steak au Poivre features an Angus striploin cooked to medium rare, paired with a truffle steak sauce, roasted peppers and shoestring fries.
But my pick would be the Oven-flamed Suga alla Vodka — a comforting pasta with tomato sugo and norcina pork sausage. Add on burrata for that extra creamy finish.
And to end, I’ll always go for Sticky Date Pudding when I see it — this one has a chewier texture and is served with a rum coconut caramel sauce.
A solid spot if you’re looking for something beyond just pizza.
Save this for your next dinner plan.

Hot outside? The Summer Spritz is on the menu for a reason. Lemon & rosemary-infused gin, house-made strawberry shrub, prosecco — bright, fizzy, and very cold.

We took sweet potato fries and went a little overboard — no holding back.
