Hiiii to anyone new here 🫶 Here’s a lil about my fitness journey.
I started this page as a fitness diary & embraced its evolution. The amount of conversations I’ve had about greek yoghurt makes my heart sing <3
Sometimes discipline is uncomfortable. Sometimes it asks for sacrifice, early mornings, and choosing the harder thing on the days when you least want to. On the other end, sometimes it looks like sleeping in an extra hour, and staying home to stretch vs pushing a pace.
The right sacrifices actually create freedom.

context: I used to smoke for like 8 years then I finally managed to quit and did a solid 3 years non smoking but I gave in and started again back in Dec.
it was social smoking paired with drinks (in europe so it doesn’t count right? lol) but then there was a domino effect and I ended up buying out of the context of social smoking.
this is a hard habit to cut and idk if I’ll fully break outta the social smoke rn but hey, only human!

respectfully… hush pls.
What lifting actually does is sculpt, strengthen, and enhance your curves.
It builds confidence that waterfalls into other areas of life, it increases your metabolism, it helps with longevity…. the list could go on.
Paired with the right nutrition = 😮💨
Now go gym.

The worst thing you can let happen on a fitness journey is letting distractions take over. Real life is already full of them, so why add even more noise by constantly consuming?
There’s a silent attack online: too much information. It’s almost innocent, because it feels productive. Looking up new workouts, healthy recipes, “what I eat in a day” videos, fitness hacks… it all seems helpful. But most of the time, it just gives your brain more things to react to.
The more food content you consume, the louder food noise becomes. Your brain stays focused on eating, craving, planning, snacking.
The more workouts you save thinking “ooo I wanna try that,” the less consistent your training becomes. Constantly switching exercises, programs, and methods makes it harder to actually build strength and see progress.
Simple routines are what create longevity. Boring works. Repetition works. Consistency works.
You don’t need more information.
You need less distraction and more follow through. Go online, get a couple ideas, then go offline.
I understand I contribute to the noise too sometimes but hey… c’est la vie 💃 just sharing my two cents because I’ve experienced the best fitness success by cutting my content consumption.

midnight thoughts…this is kinda a reaction to a lot of chatter I see online about this topic.
At the end of the day, as long as you are healthy and happy, literally why care about ur weight? It doesn’t matter, but I won’t deny how it does still influence on a psychological level, ya know? Cus fluctuations are a sign of something changing in lifestyle.
l would love to hear your experience with this!

You might hear about the 80/20 rule a lot.
I started applying it to life outside of dialed in blocks & it created peace of mind around food noise.
80% of the time, I keep things simple at home, mainly protein, veggies, meals I don’t have to overthink and can easily repeat. That creates the foundation.
The other 20%? Going out, trying new spots, desserts, dinner with friends, etc..
Structure is what creates freedom and builds trust within.

you deserve to feel your best
results don’t happen overnight, in fact, it’s an ongoing effort or else one day you might loosen the grip so much and end up where you started.
stick to the plan, not your mood.
it’s hard - that’s the beauty of it.
