What do netball and sales have in common? Frengelina Mabotja has played netball since her school days in rural Limpopo and she still competes in a local action netball league today. She draws a direct line between the two worlds: "You have to always be on your toes, keep an eye on your opponent and come up with quick strategies. It's very similar to my work."
She leads screening solutions sales across Africa for Rock Processing, a role that balances strategy, speed and people skills across 50 customer relationships in 40+ countries.

Live Demos & Real‑World Performance
The final day took delegates into the field with a live quarry visit.
Attendees travelled to a quarry to see live demonstrations and product display from upcoming product launches in action – showcasing real‑world performance in a working environment.
The visit offered hands‑on insights into machine capabilities before groups returned to Belfast or continued with a factory tour.
A powerful and practical way to close the conference – bringing strategy, products and partnerships together where it matters most.

Day 2 was all about products, innovation and integration.
The day opened with insights into Mobiles in Mining, followed by a detailed look at our product roadmap and what’s coming next. Outside, dealers explored live product displays, getting hands‑on with the latest Sandvik Mobile solutions.
The afternoon highlighted our integrated portfolio, including attachment tools, alongside collaborative breakout sessions and open feedback discussions.

Sustainability is built into how we engineer solutions that raise productivity and reduce environmental impact. The Sandvik electric won the Sigrid Göransson sustainability award 2026 because it turns lower emissions into a better way to operate.
For operators, the value is immediate. Running three engines means three service schedules, three sets of spare parts, and three potential downtime triggers. Day 1 of the Sandvik Global Dealer Conference kicked off in Belfast with a strong focus on strategy, collaboration and growth.
We welcomed our global dealer network before diving into Sandvik Mobile’s strategic direction, business updates and aftermarket opportunities. The morning continued with a deep dive into recycling solutions, followed by interactive breakout sessions and real‑world quarry case studies.
The afternoon took us outdoors for a social activity, finishing the day with an evening dinner at the iconic Titanic Hotel – the perfect setting to connect, exchange ideas and strengthen partnerships.

How do you keep quality consistent when machines are built in multiple countries?
The new Seremban facility in Malaysia operates as part of Sandvik global load and haul network, alongside sites in Finland and China. Knowledge transfer across the sites has supported the ramp-up, and production in Malaysia follows the same processes, quality controls and testing procedures as the other facilities.
This means customers can expect the same level of quality, safety and performance, no matter where the machine is assembled.
