Sanctuary by AGBO ILÉ is an Afrocentric lifestyle brand rooted in culture, community, and conscious living. We exist to reimagine wellness through heritage—drawing from African traditions while engaging the present with clarity, intention, and beauty.
We weave ancestral wisdom with contemporary practice, inviting people to live more mindfully and remain deeply connected to who they are and where they come from. Everything we create and curate reflects Afrocentric aesthetics and values, encouraging authenticity as a daily practice—not a performance.
Our current focus is the marketing and distribution of Nigerian-made wellness offerings, including:
Clay tableware and homeware, spanning earthenware and glazed pieces
Healthy Beverage Catering service crafted from indigenous ingredients
Raypine Palm Drinks, a naturally brewed and bottled palm wine
We approach wellness as a lived experience—felt in what we drink, eat, gather around, and bring into our homes.

When last did you fully rest?
Not sleep.
Not distraction.

But rest so deep your shoulders melt…
your spine softens…
your breath returns to you.
Do you carry tension you’ve learned to ignore?
I do.
As someone deeply sensitive, I learned early to hold things in.
To be quiet. To manage. To keep going.
And over time, my body kept the score — especially in my spine.
I’m now on a journey to release it.
Recently, I experienced something different. It was called Primal Moves by @nigerianbuddah - a somatic healer and guide.

Instead of forcing my body through movement, I was guided through something more instinctive… more curious.

My body didn’t resist. It listened. It tried. It softened.
And then… I rested.
Not the kind of rest where your mind is still running.
The kind where you actually leave — and return lighter.
It felt like hours. It was 30 minutes.
The truth is, many of us don’t know how to rest anymore.
We’re running. Building. Surviving.
Trying to make sure we are safe, fed, and okay.
We understand that.
@sanctuarybyagboile , we are creating space for you to soften.
To be held.
To return to your body — gently.
Let us support you.
Thank you @nigerianbuddah for bringing us back to our bodies.
Thank you harbey_bee for this beautiful image.
We are linking up with @sanctuarybyagboile for our monthly listening session this Sunday. As always we will be exploring slower sounds, this time centered around Palm Whine Lofi. Expect a laid-back, textured sonic experience.
Supported by Raypine, with free palmwine for early arrivals.
