The Garage Project is nested inside @thepeninsulashanghai . Among the Rolls Royce and the 5 series BMW, this bar is themed around the Mini?
Not saying you shouldn’t go, but it was just a weird concept inside of The Peninsula. The contrast of bow tie clad front desk with a Hong Kong British accent and the car mechanic jumpsuit at the bar was a bit much 😂 Definitely give it a go but don’t walk in with super high expectations.
But the 紅燒肉 taco was an interesting fun idea.

Had a quick meal before taking off for Shanghai last month and wanted to try @santosilverlake .
Fun place and had some interesting take on sushi. Definitely worth a try (I do think the taste would be a little polarizing). Glad we didn’t have to wait 2 hours for a seat either.

Got a chance to try @tu.astea in Taipei, I am in tea after all 😂
Really thoughtful menu and drinks that are relaxing, definitely felt more like a tea shop than a cocktail bar. Definitely a must visit if you are in Taipei.
Of course had to check out @chajiubysclab and got a chance to try @minimal_gelato ’s Michelin rated ice cream 😋

A quick one day trip to Shenzhen back in December. Nice seeing friends at @barchoice.sz (basically @0920_zzz and everyone on their team trying to get me drunk 😂😂). Haven’t been there in a while and somehow the city still looks brand new 😱😱

Had a great night out at @sampa.la . The escargot is 🔥🔥🔥 and the tortellini is amazing too (but you already know I love carbs).

Visited @chajiubysclab ’s tea farm while visiting Taiwan. Got my Jordan’s dirty because @mikeythechen said I could just sip tea and watch. I ended up trimming in the mud 🥲🥲🥲 and made a video. Then I had to get my shoes cleaned at @jasonmarkk . Wet, but really fun. About as close as I would get to nature.
