My last headphone amp exploded mid-session so I decided I’d build my own this time around. I wanted something super duper uber simple, no frills, no bs. One in, one out, one volume knob. Bless @diyrecordingequipment and @lovemyswitches for having everything I needed to whip this one up. I love DIY gear. It’s got a unique soul and vibe. DIY 4 life.
2025 was a wild one for me. A whole lotta ups and downs, personal growth, and introspection. It was a hard year at times but I’m really happy with the person I am heading into 2026. I did a lot of cool things, from traveling across Japan to seeing Oasis at Wembley Stadium, all with my best friend @goldiiiloks I’m the luckiest dude in the world to receive the love she gives to me.
I know I’ve been pretty quiet and basically absent from social media for a while, but I am alive, well, and honestly feeling better than ever so here’s a lil life/studio update.
Sonic Bloom is back in full swing. I’m starting a new record with a band this weekend and I’m absolutely stoked on it. I’ve also been going hard on building out Sonic Bloom 2.0 and hope to have it ready to rip by summer 2026. If you want to lend a hand with the 2.0 build or just hang hit me up anytime.
I’ve also been skating every chance I get (if you’re reading this, hmu and come skate). Somehow, I’m having more fun skateboarding in my 30s than I did when I was 13. What a joy.

OUT TODAY! This band and this release are really special to me. New Low was one of the first bands to ever make a record with me and they’ve been the number one supporters of Sonic Bloom ever since. I’m really happy to have been involved with this one, really happy these people are in my life, and really happy to finally share this with you all. Please give it a spin, or ten, it’s short but it is SWEET! As of last month I am playing rhythm guitar with them and having the time of my life so come on out and catch a gig soon. Be well ✌🏻
