Going into 2026 knowing this: you don’t need perfect tools to start, you just need to start.
Use what you have, where you are, and grow from there.
Every big creator, brand, and artist once started with limited resources and unlimited belief.
Consistency beats perfection. Start now, learn as you go, and let growth speak.
There’s something I’ve been noticing about a lot of vendors and service providers lately. You’ll see customers patronizing you and next thing, you’ve carried camera to start snapping or recording them without even asking. Abeg, it’s not every customer that wants to appear in your pictures or videos.
I understand you might say “oh, it is important,” but brother, they don’t want it. I’ve worked in a resort before where I needed pictures of guests having fun and using our facilities.
Before I even raise my camera, I go ask for their consent. And even after they agree to take the pictures or videos, I still ask if I’m allowed to post it on social media.
People’s image matters, no matter how small the situation looks.
If you snap me unexpectedly just because I patronized you, ajeh, I will sue you o.
Let’s be guided jareh.

Every naira/dollar you spend boosting posts on Instagram? Most of it is wasted.
Meta designed the boost button to be easy — not effective.
Here’s the difference nobody talks about:
Boost button → you pick an audience loosely, Meta decides almost everything, you get likes & reach.
Meta Ads Manager → you control the objective, the audience, the placement, the budget, the creative, the conversion goal.
One is a guess. The other is a strategy.
If you’re spending money on boosted posts and wondering why you’re not getting sales or leads — then check the link in my bio — I break down how to run Meta Ads that actually convert in my ebook.
20s taught me more than any classroom ever could.
I learned that discipline is louder than motivation, silence protects progress, and not everyone who smiles with you is rooting for you.
Still learning, still growing, still becoming.
