Stridor and the last stand. I‘ve been painting a lot so far this year, and here’s one of them. Since losing my Mum in February this year I have been looking back at my childhood, through the eyes of an adult, and reflecting on many of the things I love (and still love), merging moments and influences as they have influenced me. It’s brought me a lot of joy and I hope that comes through in the work. I now have standard prints available (along with the original watercolour on request) and also highest quality giclee prints too. When a Whales lifespan ends, it’s death span begins. Reaching the ocean floor the biomass can create an ecosystem lasting years or even decades. That’s me! Sam Rulz. I‘ve been tattooing this year for 21 years (I know how can I look so young!?) and been in Vienna 15 years now @viennaelectrictattoo working with my husband @foerdl . I‘m originally from New Zealand and I love traveling. I love a lot of things and get pretty excited about stuff like Museums, animals, archaeology, non-fiction books, mythology, and the paranormal. I love to have a good chat while tattooing, getting to know who I‘m getting to be around is really one of my favorite parts of tattooing. I love to paint, watercolor currently but sometimes oils, lino printing, and small sculpture too. I studied at art school but not a fancy one, these days my study is self directed. Nice to meet you. Oh I also forgot to mention I love karaoke but you‘ll find out about that pretty quickly.
Male stag beetle for Nikki, this piece is only 10cm tall! I have STILL not had my moment meeting a wild male Stag beetle yet, but I did encounter this beautiful female a couple years ago in Waldviertl where we go camping in the Summer.
Skate (it‘s in the Shark and Stingray family) on Jakob, in a nasty inner knee spot, but he survived, and most importantly survived to skate another day.
