Found this spot inside @chefshallto and it completely surprised me.
Everything is made fresh daily using a sourdough starter — which is why the flavour just hits different.
Tried their tandoori pizza (crispy, flavour-packed), burrata focaccia (super balanced), and those in-house vegan dips… don’t skip.
And yes — chocolate mousse with no egg, and you wouldn’t even know.
