My “dough” was liquid I needed a spoon to put it into the moulds but trusted the process and voila perfect!!
I may have also added extra ingredients so I wouldn’t have been surprised if they did stuff up. I wanted extra protein so added Greek yoghurt and protein powder and got rid of the sugar and butter but they worked lol
So last night made the steamed chorizo buns and rissoles!
I had left overs so today whilst making rice for the puppies I poached some eggs and then added in a bun and rissoles to reheat while it finished cooking.
Made it for Breakfast and lunch one as a burger one as an open sandwich absolute amazing.

Craved some no-guilt sweet treats so went for peanut butter Snickers bars. But alas no peanut butter! Made my own instead! Faster than a quick trip and they turned out amazing!
Felt like hot cross buns so just made them lol
I love how easy it is to spin the blades and have the dough fall out!

The fact it has the count down on the screen is awesome but when you have to heat the syrup for 2 minutes it’s good to know when they will be ready!

So today cooking trial. Trying to cook bread in the ninja wood fire pizza oven. Still used the Dutch oven as the Portuguese bread is very sticky and it worked amazing!!!!
I also made the basic bread rolls from cookidoo I didn’t have any wheat germ or buckwheat and may have left it to prove a little longer then necessary but it still turned out incredible.
So pie in a bun for Hubby and I don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it! It’s a throw back from hubbies high school tuckshop!
