I am so stoked @benny_blocksberg asked me to help facilitate an “Introduction to Bikepacking” workshop for the amazing women of the Alpine Multi-Skill Group!!! There’s nothing I love more than supporting fellow ladies to explore and adventure in the outdoors, so to share a lovely night out on the bikes and some of my experiences was just the best!!! It was also the perfect opportunity to test my incredible new @tailfincycling setup before the next big adventure in a couple of months 😊

I was walking alone this morning and found myself with a vast expanse of some of the worlds highest and most beautiful mountains in front of me, the trail free from people and I felt like I was miles away from anywhere, but home at the same time. I come to the Himalayas time and time again, I’ve realised, for the energy and the feeling they give me. I always feel most at ease when I’m in the depths of their remote valleys, feeling lost yet so found at the same time.
