Some moments become memories, but a few become milestones. I am grateful for the conversations, connections, and journey through the film industry. Thank you, H.E. the former Indian High Commissioner to Ghana, and the Indian High Commission for the support and partnership. 🙏🎬 #GFTCAwards23 #SecondEdition #filmcrew ##ficaghana

Happy Birthday to me! 🎉 Today, I reflect on the road traveled — the challenges that built my character, the lessons that shaped my vision, and the victories that fuel my purpose. Leadership is a journey, not a destination, and I am grateful to God for how far I’ve come. The mission continues, the vision grows, and the best is yet to come. 🌟✨ @iamamamcbrown #HappyBirthdayToMe #LeadershipJourney #VisionDriven #PurposefulLiving #GratefulHeart #InspiringChange #LifeJourney #MilestoneMoments #LeadingWithPurpose #CheersToGreatness #KeepGrowing"**

My Take on the NFA National Film Dialogue As a former Board Member of the National Film Authority and the President of the Film Crew Association of Ghana, I see the National Film Dialogue as more than just an event — it is an opportunity to set a clear agenda for the future of our industry. This dialogue must go beyond discussions and become a practical roadmap for policy reform, crew welfare, investment, and infrastructure development. The voices of filmmakers, crew members, and stakeholders must be heard and reflected in actionable outcomes. Our industry thrives when we collaborate, listen, and commit to implementation. I believe this platform should be used to address long-standing issues such as standardization of crew rates, training and certification, copyright enforcement, and the creation of a sustainable ecosystem for the next generation of Ghanaian film professionals. Let this dialogue be the beginning of real change — not just talk. @gloriaosarfo @officialpascalamanfo @lachman_ramesh @nationalfilmauthority @tv3_ghana @utvghanaonline @joynewsontv @kafuidanku @jamesclarke394 @shine_publications #NFANationalFilmDialogue #FilmCrewGhana #GhanaFilmIndustry #CreativeEconomy #FilmPolicy #SupportFilmCrew #ActionNotTalk #FilmIndustryGrowth #FilmAdvocacy #GhanaFilm

As a passionate advocate for film crew welfare and industry development, I am delighted to have partaken in the drafting of the Development and Classification of Film Act 935, which was passed by the Parliament of Ghana in 2016. I also contributed to the drafting of the Legislative Instrument (L.I.) for the implementation of Act 935, which ultimately established the National Film Authority, a landmark achievement for the Ghanaian film industry. #WeTellingOurStory #FilmPolicy #Act935 #NationalFilmAuthority #CreativeIndustry #CulturalPolicy #GhanaFilmIndustry #FilmLegislation #CreativeEconomy #PolicyDevelopment #ficaghana
