In the first episode of the age of regeneration, my intention was to provide an introduction to the lens of Syntropy-agriculturally, economically, spiritually, mythological…there are so many gifts that this word unlocks.
I sit down with one of my teachers and friends @mikedenicola99 to examine Syntropy from all angles. Michael is one of the clearest and most exciting teachers I’ve met on this path and provides a beautiful door to walk through.
I hope this episode wakes up fresh perspectives, ideas, tools and the innate drive and ability we have to be one with the forest!

Samuel, in meeting you, I felt like a child, a beginner with a vigor for life. I felt naked, fully seen to my core as I am. I felt that all the dreams I have are possible in this life. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way upon meeting you. I watch it happen again and again with those who choose to receive your wisdom.
In saying yes to uniting my life with yours 5 years ago however, I died. I woke up in an infinitely more magical life, where we walk together as if in a dream. And we take dreams very seriously.
We turned a willow tree into a home, built a temple out of pillows in the attic, we guarded shambala with a black cat, we created an 1111 oasis for the travelers and the seekers, we met druids and made honey wine, we met witches, wizards, and kings. We shape shifted in and out of our many characters in our days seamlessly. Captain Jack for when we needed direction, Marlene when we needed the paperwork done, and Mr. Fufu for I’m not quite sure what. But all together we took sail, and through stormy weather found Eden. Now we grow a forest together and bring in the children.
Samuel, I’m in awe every day of how I could have manifested a life partner who is as loving, as magnetic, as kind, as generous, as visionary, and intuitive as you are. You are beyond any dream I had to manifest. So you must be a gift, for which I can never fully thank life.

I’ll be releasing my first 6 podcast episodes over the next few weeks. In the midst of challenging and confusing times, I find that framing the opportunities can be the most empowering act we can do. The challenge I have found in my journey is that many of the opportunities in front of me are waiting for my awareness to meet them. The six people in the first season of this podcast represent a constellation of perspectives and experiences that I have found to expand my awareness and help me see new and exciting possibilities.
This podcast is called the age of regeneration as an invitation to turn the page of our personal and collective narratives. Perhaps our greatest power is our ability to author the stories that we tell ourselves and others. My wish is that more of us can collaborate on enacting the story that we want to tell rather than falling into stories that we’ve been told. My conviction is that this radical act which requires letting go of some of our stories opens us up to untold power, possibility, and grace.
These 6 episodes are an experiment. I would love to hear about your experience with them. Although I have not committed myself to recording more episodes, I have many more people that I think would be fun and potent to interview. Regardless, I intend to do a lot more sharing this year one way or another. Here is the the trailer-

Hi everyone! This year I’m grateful and honored to get to build a homb for a very special person in my life.
