i was moments away from falling asleep last night when i remembered i’d set my chilled dough out on the counter hours earlier and fully forgotten i planned to bake the crust for this tart. i did indeed drag myself out of bed and down the stairs to put it back into the fridge at midnight to avoid starting over in the morning lmao
