Can’t thank everyone enough for your kind words of support, unfortunately 18th place yesterday was everything I had.
Huge congrats to the boys on the podium and everyone who laid it all out there, I have so much respect for this sport. It is savage and humbling at times, but so beautiful when it comes together.
I will regroup and come back stronger, I promise you that 🫶🏼

One of those races that stays in your mind all year round. The support on the course is unlike anything else in triathlon and honestly, knowing it’s coming around again makes the hard sessions a lot easier right now.

Three years ago this race humbled me properly. I left the island with a DNF and a lot of respect for the place.
Looking forward to going back, putting that to bed, and enjoying a big day out on the small island 👊
