How it started vs how it ended… 😅🤕
Rather eventful weekend after a bit of a tumble on the bike last Friday. Back home after a successful operation to repair a broken elbow. Pretty sore one but could have been a lot worse. Make sure you wear your helmets when out on the roads ladies and gents ⛑️
Special thanks to @mattstonier and @adamlee.browne for keeping their cool and making sure I got to where I needed to be (and more importantly making sure my bike was okay 😉)

Such a cool experience smashing tarmac in the capital. Massive thanks to @newbalancerunning for the opportunity and the hospitality. Bit of a bonk towards the end but nothing 6 cups lucozade and some jelly babies couldn’t fix 👌🏼
