This project reimagines what transformation means — not just spatially, but ecologically and materially. We're taking an environmentally damaging concrete plant in Yua Tang and converting it into a sustainable bamboo farm and urban agriculture hub.
By deconstructing on-site materials and repurposing existing machinery, we’re challenging conventional notions of demolition and waste. Instead of removing, we adapt. Instead of importing, we rediscover.
This is about turning decay into growth, and infrastructure into life.
