This one hurts. It hurts to know that I’m capable of so much more. I don’t really have words for it right now, but I know that this doesn’t define me. I know that I have a lot to be proud of. The results of one competition don’t represent the amount of sacrifice and commitment that I’ve dedicated, especially while balancing medical school. I feel loved, I feel supported, and I feel capable. For now, we learn and move on. Love y’all

It’s an honor to represent Team USA at my third Paralympic Games. It’s been an uphill battle balancing training with med school and I couldn’t do it without my team.
