An iron staircase and library descend from the ground floor to an indulgent basement level. A kids’ lounge and a music corner create a perfect place for quality family connection. The space is illuminated from two directions: on one side, a ribbon window facing the front, and on the other side, an English courtyard with light wells.

Oversized openings, towering glass doors, and a floating wooden roof work together to dissolve the line between indoor and outdoor living.
The seamless extension of large marble floor slabs onto the terrace creates the illusion of the living area flowing directly into the green garden, greeting trees rooted in the paving and lush foliage that reaches back indoors.
This house is the perfect getaway.

The stairs in this project were designed as a sculptural element that crosses the double-height space. The stairs, made of iron and wood, are anchored by two central elements: on one side, a solid iron railing that serves as a structural beam, and on the other side, vertical iron cables stretched from floor to ceiling with perfect precision.
