Our first batch of parents came together for our first run of Kapwa Kulay Kwento at @samebdcafe There was a lot of laughter and some heartfelt tears as we shared our own personal experiences about parenthood and neurodiversity. It was like a lively symphony of colors that came together to create art that inspires. There was a lot of love and support that overflowed in the room. And we held space for each other with motherly kindness and compassion.
It truly does take a village to raise a child. Specially in finding that our inner children needed this tribe too. Thank you so much for adding your colors to our palette! Let’s create and play again soon.
