Lizzy and I are getting ready to hike across Hardangervidda in Norway! 🇳🇴
Part of the preparation is packing down trail food to reduce redundant and bulky packaging. The diet is food with a high kcal to weight ratio.
It’s been since my days on the @continentaldivide.trail that I’ve packed for a hike this meticulously and I’m excited to share some thru-hiking habits with my girlfriend!
I always seem to push and pull a little harder when climbing with @pjotrvanderbruggen . The first time we met, he wouldn’t let me leave the gym before I sent a slab I’d been working on for hours. I would’ve probably given up on the climb if it weren’t for him, so I was happy to find a way to repay the favour for once.
Pjotr injured his finger on the Moonboard two years ago and he’s recently gone back to working on the exact problem that caused it. Flowers for Dayz is a 7a/V6 benchmark problem and it’s the first 7a Pjotr and I sent on the Moonboard. Pretty good day in the gym!
