31 Years 🎊
A two year video project, out now.
Link in bio
I’ve been infected by this project for 2 years. It’s the final product of a cluster-bomb of ideas, visions and adaptions that have plagued my mind like an illness.
Starting with a heavy pressure to document my long-awaited trip to Hong Kong, and chicaning into a resolute effort to track my recovery journey, the film was both a suffocating force and loyal companion. It pushed me, and pushed me down.
If 29 Years was like an EP, 31 is definitely an album. I have never tried to stitch as many pieces together before, which, despite being diabolical, has allowed me to introduce depth to a pretty haphazard story.
Stare at the picture.
Solve the little mysteries.
Even with all the knowledge in the world on offer, I have still broken into my thirties with many confusions about life. I have felt the light touch of Hell and despaired for humanity. I have lived days as a stranger and many days as a fool. But I have kept filming, and kept stumbling towards decency and warmth.
For better, there is change.
I have new steel within me.
And whether you call it Providence, call it God, call it Art or call it Soul, 31 Years has brought me closer.
Perhaps this is was the point of my affliction.
Special thanks to those who feature in the film, including:
Ryan Taggart
Parkour DXB
Ace
George Goldade
Jake Fearon
VaultEx
Fyrish Newton
Tom Gentry
Joe Paxton
Ed Scott
Enjoy x
Here's my PU11 Style Finals run 🦶❌️
I took the last jump through my heels, giving me bilateral calcaneal fractures. My left heel in multifragments with tongue type fragments, affecting my achillies tendon. My right in multifragments extending into the subtalar joint. 6 weeks no weight bearing, 3 months without walking and 3 - 6 months before I can try any activity. I'm going from bed, to wheelchair to commode.
I'm having surgery on my right foot on Thursday 4th to pin the fragments together, but this also comes with risk of infection, improper healing and post-traumatic arthritis. There's a chance of developing chronic heel pain and complications as I get older. I currently need daily injections to my stomach to prevent blood clots.
All this for one jump.
Thankfully I am being well looked after by my parents back in North Yorkshire. When I landed the jump I punched through into a different dimension with new possibilities - to become closer with my family, to finally write and share my ideas, to strengthen my upper body, to take life slowly, to appreciate friends, to wrestle with demons and God, to develop new interests and to improve empathy for others in pain.
I felt qualified to try this jump and I do count myself genuinely unlucky. If this run stands as the pinnacle of my training then I'll hold my head high, I took inspiration from the greats and made something my own.
The doctor says I won't be able to do Parkour properly again.
We'll see.
Thank you for all your support 💖

If you need a chuckle 😂
I’m now 24 weeks into my new project, couldn’t let a bit of rain break the streak! 🎬
Many thanks to @coachredfern and @c13ould for today’s mission 🫡😂
Great episode out now featuring @samcoppack on the current scene, the next generation, and what we as a community of practitioners and coaches can do to keep the culture thriving for the next generation!
2 years since shattering both my heels 🗓️
So happy with my PU13 Style Qualifier. Last year I ran a very safe and basic line but since then my capacity has improved a lot and with help from @murray_whyte_pk , @corey_reality and @condog_axis I worked for weeks to string together a number of ideas into something I’m really proud of. Thank you boys! I came 20/46th which meant one place away from finals, and after such a painstaking journey this means everything to me.
I still have chronic pain in my feet so for full transparency I performed this year on a combination of Naproxen, Ibuprofen, caffeine, corner shop isotonic drinks and skittles. Felt great. Thank you to @breakingbarrierspodcast_ for helping me think about competition fuelling - it made a difference for my 45 second line and having energy for the weekend in general.
Project was once again an enormous boost of joy and inspiration for the community but not without injury, and so since then I’ve been behind the scenes keeping up with how our friend Kyle is doing. There will be a public announcement from his closest when it’s appropriate, but for now please flood his messages with love in the same way you did 2 years ago, for me x

"When I took my final jump at the Project Underground 11 Style competition, I didn’t think it would be 26 days until I stood up again.
Despite over 15 years of Parkour training, the landing shattered both my heels and has become a life-changing injury. Over 500 days since this happened to me, I report back from the other side."
It's an incredibly strong and powerful personal piece, and we want to thank Sam for taking the time to share his story.
