Join us for an evening of music and cultural dialogue as the Kurdish Music Collective Berlin presents a new workshop, exploring the rich heritage of the Hawraman region, known for its stunning landscape, nestled in the Zagros Mountains across Iran and Iraq. The local dialect, Hawrami (a distinct form of the Gorani language)
Its music and poetry are among the most refined traditions in Kurdistan, marked by rich vocal ornamentation, spiritual depth, and centuries-old heritage. In this workshop, we explore this unique cultural world through one of its most beloved songs.
