Very stoked to share the new cover for the latest @faremag , shot in Philadelphia with Fletcher Street Urban Riding Club, an incredible non-profit organisation devoted to horsemanship within the city limits of Philly. FSURC have stables in Strawberry Mansion in North Philadelphia, where they encourage local youth to get involved and spend their spare time outdoors, learning to ride and care for the horses.
We spent an amazing day with Derrin (pictured), his father Ellis, and a host of other horseman and kids - cantering around the streets of Philly and grooming the horses. Huge respect for what the team are doing over at Fletcher Street, I can’t wait to share the rest of the images from this series. In the meantime please show the organisation some love over at @fletcherstreeturbanridingclub

Mae Salong, the hilltop town right up near the Myanmar border in Thailand. The town is mainly occupied by Yunnanese Chinese who fled here when Communists took over mainland China in 1949.
The Chinese brought tea to the area - the main street is lined with tea houses where you can pop in and sample the oolong grown on the hills that surround.
We ate some seriously good food here, notably Kha moo nam daeng, braised pork leg, served with the fluffiest steamed buns (mantou) to mop everything up. Sorry no pics of the food!

Some new work for the wonderful @juliet49londonrdstroud over in Stroud. First up is their selection of crostini (and egg mayo ofc) with Kenji pouring the pink fizz.

@rocketandsquash latest book Peckish is out today! Following up from Good Eggs, this is the 3rd(!) book me and Ed have worked on together now. I truly believe he only made this one to settle the chicken and egg debate once and for all.
