Been playing Cyberpunk again. The Sandevistan alongside skill points in blades is a killer combination which inspired me to create this new weapon.
Blending both the past and future, we have a laser-assisted katana with handle of purple titanium and ebony wood. The blade has a Damascus edge which was inspired by the series forged in fire.
The idea would be that a battery would be housed in the handle to power the laser for a temporary damage boost.

Not really a concept artist but I wanted to step outside my comfort zone to try to make something unique.
Here are few of my sketches for the design of Techtonia and a few additional stills. The idea was to create a Solarpunk utopia. My mind went to a technologically advanced society that was integrated and immersed with plant-life.
I was inspired by older civilizations where the architecture has easily stood the test of time which led to the creation of revamped pyramids.
Gold materials are seen with an ultra-conductive solar ring-panel surrounding the city and in the architecture.

It was a great time planning, filming, and editing my first studio-set music video. It was awesome to work on a project where you can exchange ideas with a local artist and create something unique.
Had an awesome time collaborating with my soulmate, @tinkering.gemini on the lighting design. Lot of great ideas which went through several tech rehearsals to get a specific look and color palette that worked just right.
I created the ending animation sequence in Blender which took some time but was a lot of fun to create and pushed me into a different area by making an entire city.

Moray Naginata Inspired by the concept of a former blacksmith turned Moray Eel monger in a Japanese coastal fishing village who pursues vengeance against vampires. The blade is meant is inspired by the profile of a moray eel. The guard was made to resemble a fishing creel. The Koro is a Japanese incense burner and is modeled after the form of a toad. I read that Japanese fishermen would make lures from bone which inspired the jagged hook-like bone opposite the blade. Better for vampires.
