My sophomore album, “The Sting Of The Blade”, is out everywhere, now…“The Sting Of The Blade” is a reflection on feeling lost, and not knowing how to get un-lost. With a constant presence of confusion, unanswered questions, and the need for navigation, the record maintains the ominous mood of feeling old when you shouldn’t feel that way, as the narrators and characters within aren’t experiencing the fierce pain yet, they’re only just beginning to feel the sting.I’m eternally grateful the support of friends, family, and fans alike. And equally as grateful for the life experiences that inspired these songs. Here’s to another chapter.Tracklist:1. The End Of The Day2. Do You? Will You?3. Tomorrow The Parade Man Is Gonna Get Shot4. Sam Tunkel & The Long Whiles had a phenomenally rockin’ time over the weekend at @therockshacksomervillenj and @symposiabookstoreAlso featuring flicks from last weekend @thebarnyard.nj !Thank you so much to everyone who came out to these shows, and for making the tour so special thus far.Next week! On Sunday, May 17th, I will be playing Highland Park PorchFest at @ellinikon_hp at 1:30PM, and then will be heading to Keyport in the evening to play a show at @3brdistillery with The Long Whiles! “The Sting Of The Blade” Tour is in full swing!! And we’ve got another exciting weekend coming up…Firstly, this Friday w/ The Long Whiles I will be returning home to Somerville to @therockshacksomervillenj for an awesome show at a great venue!Secondly, on Saturday, The Long Whiles and I will be coming to Hoboken to play at @symposiabookstore with other great acts as well!We look forward to a great weekend ahead!!!Thanks again so much to @thebarnyard.nj for having us over the weekend. May another great DIY venue rest in peace. AND, thank you so much to @revillagrooves for hosting a wonderful charity event for @cosechanj as well this weekend. We had so much fun.See you guys on the road :)
