One year ago, my world changed in a way I could never fully put into words.
I became a mum, your mum!
Before you, I thought I understood love. I thought I knew what it meant to care, to protect, to give… but you redefined everything. You stretched my heart in ways I didn’t know were possible. You made me softer, stronger, braver, all at the same time.
Ohhh my sweet FiFi! You radiate so much joy and happiness. Watching you grow has been the greatest privilege of my life. Every giggle, every step, every little milestone feels like a reminder that God trusted me with something so precious.
You didn’t just grow this year… you grew us. You taught us patience, grace, sacrifice, and a love we never knew existed.
On this day, we promise to love you with everything we have.
To show up for you, even on the days we feel like we’re not enough.
To guide you, pray for you, and cover you in love all the days of our lives.

When we first got here, we got calls from our loved ones every day for the first few months.
Every call ended the same way.

We always said yes.
