When I say I had a magical stroll, I’m lucky when I mean there was a fairy portal situation half way up, & my old chicken who died around new years came barreling down a tree at me - with a fraction more wispy white in the tail.

The sweet adorable monkeys were a trojan horse for significantly muntier & bitier parents, so 10 needles are down in prevention of rabies & things.
Otherwise, Cambodia is a delightful spot, full of wonderful humans (other than the ones you haggle with) & treats for various senses.
A wise chef once said that after you go there, you’ll never stop wanting to beat Henry Kissinger to death with your bare hands - fortunately now redundant - but other than the heartbreaking element it is a deeply uplifting place, if you remember not to trust the water or claims of aforementioned hagglers. Total of three fuckwits yelled out some nonsense & were immediately surrounded by safety marshals & escorted out through a passageway we fastidiously kept clear. Some harrowing yarns were shared & received from a Venn diagram of battlers against various hydra heads of hatred. It was incredible solidarity, & the very modest civic square doof was also quite nice.
