Introducing… Rice Life, a beautifully drinkable 4,8% ale brewed in collaboration with @saltfieldsbrewing . We got together to craft a rice forward recipe that showcases its flavor and ability to lighten up a beers perceivable body. @saltfieldsbrewing is making incredible Rice Lager right now and it’s inspiring to see a brewer dedicate that level of commitment to perfecting a single beer. Rice Life’s recipe comes together nicely with a base of imported and domestic Pilsner malt. Heaps and heaps of toasted rice. Then hopped with New Zealand Cascade, Elani, and fermented with Kölsch yeast. Super clean, and smooth on the palate with subtle rice sweetness. The hop combo lends a citrus grapefruit character with some white peach on the back end. A crispy classic finish invites you for further refreshment. Rice Life deserves to be at the tailgate as much as the table. We ❤️ 🍚 . Special thanks to Yuki and Yumi of Saltfields for making this happen with Cantina Cantina. The beers been making rounds this week so check your local shops and bars!
