🌟Fresh ahi tuna poke🌟Saturday local fish market is awesome 🐟🐙 @haworth_fish Ingredients (3-4 servings): 1lb sushi grade ahi tuna 2 Persian cucumber 1/2 cup red or white onion 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp green onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp sesame oil Red pepper flakes or sriracha (if you like some heat🔥) Cube tuna into bite size chunks. Dice the onion and toss with the tuna. Marinate in the soy sauce mix in the refrigerated for at least an hr. Add the cucumber right before serving. When you are committed to healthy lifestyle, you no longer look at the pantry staple items the same. Store bought chicken noodle soup is really high in sodium and have preservatives to make them last forever. So when we were feeling under the weather, we got a free range whole chicken, peeled off the skin, and trimmed the fat. Then I cooked in the crockpot with apples, ginger, celery, and onion. #homemadechickenbroth is packed with nutrition and free of all “chemicals”.
